Congratulation to Melamie Stibbard winner of the 2019 Rookie Umpire of the Year award. Provincial Umpire In Chief Peter Kluszczynski presented Melanie with her award at the 2020 Blue Symposium in Richmond Hill on 22 February 2020. This is the 2nd year in a row that a Barrie umpire has won this award and the 3rd time since 2014.
